Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a CAD Technician in our Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities include assisting project managers with assembly of plan sets for airport design projects, design computations and quantity takeoffs; drafting airport layout plans and exhibits for presentations and planning documents; performing construction observation as needed. Occasional travel may be required.

Successful candidates must have an associate degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field plus at least two years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• alignment and grading design
• Microsoft Office software
• construction observations
• GIS software
• MicroStation
